Why choose a Flight Dishwasher

Flight dishwashers are generally purchased by large institutions who wash for large numbers of people i.e.: 500 + at one sitting. The major advantage of a flight dishwasher over every other type of commercial dishwasher is the reduced handling of the items being washed. Items that are to be washed are loaded directly onto the dishwasher flight belt which automatically transports them through the various stages in the dishwasher, when washed the items are removed from the flight belt and put away. Loading items directly onto the flight belt instead of into a dishwasher basket stops double handling of the items being washed.

Volume / Speed.

We supply flight dishwashers with capacities from 3000 to 7000 pieces of crockery per hour. To wash items correctly takes water heated to the correct temperature, dishwashing chemicals and the correct contact time between the items being washed, detergent and water. This means the more items that need to be washed in an hour; the longer the flight dishwasher needs to be. Flight dishwasher lengths vary between 4.2metres and 7 metes.
